A belated welcome to Winnipeg and my home province! Love the picture of the Louis Riel bridge behind you Too bad you didn't have time to dine at the Salisbury restaurant ( a Wpg institution) that is located in the middle of the pedestrian side of the bridge. Just a block or two from where you are standing is the corner of Portage and Main, which arguably, can be one of the colder spots in the country - at least in the winter. The Forks in the Summer can be very pleasant but it looks like the jackets are on so it must have been cooler that morning. Ride on!
