This painting is very symbolic in reference to Nicaragua's civil war. Ronald Regan obviously represents the US influence and power here during the 80's. The women represents Latin America, while the two jesters represent I believe the director of the CIA at that time and Department of Defense. Not too sure about the last part but, none the less a very symbolic painting.
