Turtle and Shark
These cliffs are where the legend of the Turtle and the Shark come from. Something about a man and a queen who were in love and ran away and jumped into the waters. They became a turtle and a shark. Apparantly you can spot them sometimes, and together. Oh yeah, and about a week ago, somebody thought it to be a bright idea to go for a swim here.

Yes, the legend and the turtle and the shark still seeing today by the village permision. But Im confuse by your information. When I grew up in the island and was told it started when mother and her daughter flee from cannibals. The cheif's son was so in love with the daughter he sacrifing he's life for her and let them go. When the chief unrap him alive for a meal, he was pretty angry but heart felt by his son's sacrifies. He was no longer eat another human from that day on. It was too later for his lover to see the conclusion of cannibals in the island but she keep coming back to meet him at the cliff with her mom the turtle on her side as she is a shark. One of my sweet story of all time.
