just taking a doze in the sun... looks pretty pleasant, though I spose it's a different story in the winter!

It looks different from the swedish one.
I'm pretty sure that what North Americans call an elk is not the same animal as the critter Europeans call an elk - they would call your elk a moose. This is actually a very big red deer - hence the antler structure.
