Since 1973 Doug Brainard has lived and worked in Spring Hill, a sprawling community north of Tampa Bay. He manages and supervises over two dozen financial advisors throughout the State of Florida. After earning a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida, Doug continued his education earning designations CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) and ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) and holds series 7, 24, and 65 FINRA licenses. Doug has been married for over 41 years to Lynn and has a daughter, Erin, 32, in Germany and son, Ryan, 27, in San Francisco. For 11 years, Doug has served in the Rotary Club of Spring Hill Central where he is a Paul Harris Fellow. In addition to Rotary, where he serves as community service chair, Doug volunteers in the local schools, a local botanical garden and with a non-profit interfaith organization fighting hunger in Hernando County.
