Here are two photos taken by Jim "Irish Jim" Whitmore in Tagadoum, Niger during the Wodaabe conference. The three men standing with their camels are Wodaabe. Notice their cool hats with feathers and their intricate purses. Camels are the principal mode of transportation for many people in Niger.
