Ingredients: 1 lb fresh cleaned squid 2 cups flour 3 tablespoons dried oregano 2 tablespoons paprika 1 lemon sea salt & pepper vegetable oil Preparation: Wash, drain, and slice body of squid into 1/4 inch thick rounds. Season the flour with the dry ingredients. Dredge the squid in the seasoned flour. Heat vegetable oil to about 400 degrees, add squid, and fry until squid is golden brown - just a few miniutes. Drain and serve with, lemon wedges.
