This is Ava's 3rd mission trip with Amazing Grace. My spiritual gifts are encouragement and mercy. In relation to the work with Habitat, I am ready to do whatever is needed except for heaving lifting. I can hammer, tie rebar, mix concrete, etc. I am expecting to see God at work right beside us. He already has plans for us while there. I do not go with worry about what I will be doing or what impact I will have on those around me because my Shepherd will be leading. My prayer is that my heart, ears, eyes and mind will be open so I can be aware of the Holy Spirit's promptings in every situation I may encounter.

Hey Ava Jean,
I know God will bless you and the team as you all go and do His will He has put before you. My prayers will be with you at all times. I am so proud of the work you are doing as a missionary for our Lord and Saviour. I also know the people there will be blessed by your work and they will grow in the Lord after you come home.

I am keeping you and all those traveling in my prayers. I think this is a great thing you are doing. Following God's call can be some of the scariest yet most fulfilling times in your life.
