Hey guys, so I got an email from a friend of Claires recently and she pointed out that she had found a picture of the cow in the boot on the SIM photo of the week archives on sim.org. So I have poached the picture and put it up here for all of you doubters out there - this is west africa, anything is possible! I must point out, for the sake of maintaining my reputation for being a pedant, that the cow I saw was in the boot of a sedan and not a hatch and that it didn't look nearly as content as the cow in this picture. Also, I'm pretty sure this picture is from Niger or Burkina. But none the less, it is a cow in a boot so I expect I shant be receiving any emails doubting any future stories regarding the bizarre ways people move their livestock about here. By the way - , I have no idea about copyright laws. So dear photographer I'm sorry if you're angry, I promise it was for a good cause - I couldn't have people out there beleiving missionaries are liars.
