Tribute to Firefighters from 911, Christchurch, New Zealand

This memorial at the Christchurch Firefighters Reserve is made of beams from the World Trade Center. Local firefighters went to NY to help in the recovery and clean up efforts. At the base of the sculpture created from the rubble, is a Moari symbol for rebirth and life. It is a stunning and moving statue.
