There are reported to be over 4 million motorbikes on the streets of HCMC. They're everywhere, and a law unto themselves. They drive on the wrong side of the road, the pavement, the alleyways... In fact they drive anywhere that a motorbike will fit. Add to that the blatant disregard for traffic lights and road signs and that is the mayhem that ensues on the Ho Chi Minh streets
