My dad used to tell us the Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner when we were children and so I've always had a soft spot for the Albatross These are known as Bullers Mollymawk, we also saw the Stewart Island Shag, passed by Iona Island (lots of Scottish connections here) and Native Island - all so beautiful with blue skies and deep turquoise sea
