Unfortunately, I have almost no pictures from New Year's Eve! We ended up walking to another hostel that was throwing a huge party and met a group of Irish guys (and 1 Hong Kongian - Ray, the guy on the right) who decided to get robes and hats and do their NYE Vietnamese style. The hostel celebrated every new year's as it came with the time change (since places like Australia and NZ had their new year's before midnight in Hanoi) and gave then entire place a round of shots each time, after that we all headed to another club around the corner to do the count down and dance the rest of the night.
