El Capitolio is an example of the buildings made during the Neo-colony, it was made in image of The Whitehouse in Washington DC. Build between 1926 and 1929 with the objective to install in the building legislative of government. After 1959, with the Revolution in the power, it serves as Academy of Sciences of Cuba and to the Ministry as Science, Technology and Environment.
