The winds of this typhoon were 140 mph. It kept me from getting to Macau by ferry, since all boats were kept docked. This video was during the most intense part of the storm at about 4 am. Miya woke me up to saying that there was music. It wasn't loud music, it was 100-140 mph winds whistling loudly, way beyond Florida hurricane loudly, outside. It was a complete blackout so you can't see anything. Probably stupid of me to be standing next to a large window during such an intense storm, but whatever.
