So I might be very into public health...but I found this ingenious. In the kindergarten of a model community (a community that had to be rebuilt after being decimated by the Shining Path and the military) all the kids are taught proper dental hygiene. This might seem basic, but sometimes I have to tell mothers in the clinics to wipe the feces off their children''s hands if they don't want them to be sick.
