I took this picture because this "art" caught my eye in a somewhat eery way. It is a giant hand sticking out of the water and pointing it's index finger. At first I was trying to figure out what it is pointing at, but it turns out that it is floating and thus free to rotate. So, still have to do some investigating on this one, but here is a picture of it regardless.
