This guy was amazing... probably one of the coolest guys I've talked to this trip! He spoke perfect english, although he was Israeli, and we got into a deep philosophical discussion in less than 5 minutes. He tried to explain the difference between eastern and western philosophy saying that one is about "being" and one is about "doing"... could have talked to him for hours probably, and his food was good too!
