I saw these girls sitting with their moms on some church steps, in bright and colorful dress. I tried to snap a picture from across the street, but it was too far away and it blurred. I gave up and started walking off. But they had noticed me lift the camera, and the girls came running after me, asking me for money for the photo. I asked if I could take one more photo of them, and I gave both the girls a few soles. Then they demanded money on behalf of the baby, too. I'm surprised they didn't try to charge for the lamb! But I didn't mind. They need it more than me. - Cusco, Peru
