When we saw this guy, we figured he must be from North America too, so we asked him where he was from. He replied "Manila" I guess we looked confused, because he then explained that his father is American. Whatever, he is a handsome guy!

He was dancing in the AtiAtihan parade, and drinking as he went. No I was silly enough that I did not think to get his number.
