A photo from the Fujian Chinese Assembly Hall in Hoi An Old Town. One of many Chinese assembly halls in the area, the Fujian is considered by many to be the best of them all. As its name suggests, the hall was built to create a space for the Fujians to have meetings and assemblies. Eventually, the hall became a temple of worship for Thien Hau, a Fujian god.
