The lotus pond in front of Angkor Wat. While we were there, the pond was full of lotus blooms, and, as you can see, quite picturesque. Angkor Wat is the most famous of the Angkorian ruins, as well as the largest. It was built in the 10th century by the ruler Suryavarman II.
