This hotel was also designed by Mary Colter, who was considered to be the greatest of all southwestern architects (according to the hotel). It was the last of the great Fred Harvey/Santa Fe Railway Hotels. It's on the National and State Register of Historic Places. The restaruant there is considered to be one of the best 3 in the US, and the best 7 in the world! And true to form, the food was excellent and the service flawless...
