Here3's an example of the "Roast Mouse" Tung had told us about. They actually are large mice - when he first told us about them i figured he was talking about rats, but they're just big mice. Didn't get to see any roasted, probably a good thing!

I'm curious as to how they are cooked and what they taste like? Most Vietnamese food is delicious so I'm sure they make tasty dishes from these tempting looking mice. I immediately begin to think of a stir-fry with chili, ginger and garlic!
