Pesto and trofie pasta. The pasta was made especially to be eaten with pesto, as it has a touch of potato for the pesto to better cling to. And it was tasty. Though I was surprised because the pesto was chilled and the pasta hot. But that sort of makes sense, right? Pesto is crushed basil ground with cheese, garlic, olive oil and pine nuts.
