Very dramatic scene. 4 of these rush out with sirens blazing, lots of politicians and policemen around, the main decision making area in India. A serious place. Then a man walks past with a very stubborn monkey on a leash as if there's nothing going on. India throws up these ridiculous situations all the time it seemed normal!
