If one felt active, then you could walk along to this village about 1km along the beach. I went a few times to get supplies. A kid decided to be my guide and showed me around with his buddies. It was interesting how the adults seemed to accept my presence because this kid was showing me around. Without him I think I would have felt like I was violating some communal space to which I was a stranger.
