Ahhh yes, gobar. I cannot begin to tell you how important these little pancakes of poop are to the rural economy of India. Fuel, fertilizer, and so much more! I recently saw a village-woman literally following behind her herd with a little basket, hoping to catch the poop straight from the source. Waste not, want not!
