This is not snow . . it is frost. Even all the way around each branch of snow. . . When Chicken Little Screamed "The Sky is Falling" . . . he should have been in Alaska. . . nobody would have blinked. They would have just looked at the thermostate. When it is far below 0 "The sky falls" . . .all of the moisture comes out of the air . . .like fog .. and clings to everything.
