The woman who invented this dish used to cross a bridge every day to bring this dish to her husband at work ... or something along those lines. The ingredients are not eaten raw, as pictured here, but all dumped into a pot of boiling broth that is brought to the table. When this picture was taken, mine hadn't arrived yet.

Is it cooked at all??? Looks raw!
Good to know that these are ingredients ready to be cooked in a pot with boiling water - that make sense and adds a nice element to going out to eat. I would say going out for fondue captures the idea.. Happy cooking.
