This is it, the 'cultural centre' of Taoyuan. Bless, they try to make this place nice. And this part of town is genuinely almost pretty. My favourite cafe is town is just behind me, they have yummy cakes. There's a cute Chinese furniture museum we took the kids to on a school trip a few weeks ago in the basement, and they had some lanterns up inside for the lantern festival. But, that's it, this is all Taoyuan has to offer!
