Check out the Chilian BBQ. Pretty sweet little rig. Its a charcoal grill and you crank the handle to adjust the height of the grill from the coals. We haven't used this one at our house, but we did go to Carlos' house for a big BBQ with Clement, Sabrina and John Himmelman and family. This thing cooks meat very well.
