The Mongolian name is Chinggis Khaan, and one very avid collector of artifacts from the Chinggis era, arranged the building on the statue to house his collection. The statue is massive, and can be seen from kilometers away towering over the landscape. There are stairs inside and also a lift, to take people to the viewing area on the horses head.
