Kaitoke Park was the primary outdoor setting for the House of Elrond. In the left forground was Frodo's room at Rivendell, and just beyond it in the middle ground was the courtyard where he rejoined the other Hobbits. Beyond that and obscured by brush was the site of the Council of Elrond. To the right were dressing trailers.
