Where I stayed for the duration of my stay in Amsterdam. Superb location, and supposed to be a 5-Star hotel, but the facilities there ain'y really up to that standard and the rooms are very cramped. Good thing is course delegates got a discounted rate ... :-p

Guys! the hotel is not bad at all. Prices are very high. rooms are big and clean. The staff is terrible (especially reception!) Breakfast is fantastic (27 eur per person). Apelsin juice is spoilled. Carpets on the floor are old and dirty. BUT: location is fantastic! Heart of Amsterdam! there are a lot of russian people, a lot of drunked people. Everywhere you can feel the smell of marihuanna. It is a perfect hotel if you wish to feel the Amsterdam. And of course it is much more better than Barbizon and Victoria :(
