This photo was taken in the evening at around 6 o'clock on the 15th of June 2009. Vágur is the second largest town/village in the island Suðuroy, which is the southernmost of the Faroe Islands. Vágur is situated around the fjord Vágsfjørður in the southern part of the island, between the villages Nes and Lopra. The population is around 1400. This photo is taken from a farmers path above the village, view towards south or south-east.
