They were building a suspended cable car so people coming from the north could park at the bottom and ride up. No wonder Judy didn't want to come back over this road more than necessary!

I traveled here! so beautiful! and i rode the cable car! it takes you down and up through to the other side of the canyon (where the pic was taken from) and stops you at a National Park. Panachi for short but I'm pretty sure it is Parque Nacional del Chicamocha ?? It is very amazing and such a shame on how foreign people view the country of Colombia. I went for 2 weeks. 10 days in Bucaramanga with some old friends and 4 days in Bogota. I love Colombia!
