Here is Travis cooking up a feast in the Te Anau Top 10 communal kitchen. The Te Anau Top 10 is the highest rated Top 10 in New Zealand, and it's no wonder, with granite countertops and brushed stainless gas cooktops in the kitchens, and bathrooms that look like spas with heated floors and danceable music playing. Incidentally, dinner this night was lamb quesadillas, an attempt at a NZ spin on a Travis Simpkins one-pot classic. They turned out delicious!!
