This is the ship that the Japanese signed the unconditional surrender on, ending WW2. I did not know this was a part of the tour and was unprepared for it, this was very moving experience for me. As an adolescent I read everything I could about WW@, mainly the Europena side, and the Pacific side as I got older so to stand in the exact spot wher the surrender papers were signed felt quite something. I loved the entire experience of the USS Missouri and highly recommend it.
