I was there, on Santa Lucia Hill last June and out of the many places I have ever traveled thus far; it is the MOST beautiful and peacefull place I have seen! It has so much history behind it, old fashioned structure that does not exist in today's modern cities. That is wat makes it so special. The old culture in the middle of one of the largest and most modern cities in the world! Highly reccommend visiting it to anyone!
