The cheese in Holland was superb... Each morning I would stumble downstairs to take breakfast in our hotels cozy dinning room, liberally filling my plate with Edam, Gouda and other varieties I didn't even know the names of to be placed on equally delicious bread... I find that eating good food has become one of the favorite experiences of my journeys...
