I had just finished my breakfast of dumplings in a nearby café when I came across this, a poor pig getting carved up on a side street bench in Guiyang. The Chinese are adept at utilising every part of a dead animal, and I mean every part. Nothing is discarded as there is, seemingly, a use for every part of the carcass. Best price offers only please.
