We met two Dutch travelers at Cafe Clock who were finishing up a two-week trek of the northern part of Morocco. Fez's medina is still a fairly traditional Muslim neighborhood with minimal drinking establishments; however, we found a clandestine bar tucked away in a hotel, where we swapped stories over a beer.
