Fez's outdoor food markets are unlike the American farmer's markets we're used to. Though fruits and vegetables are standard, so are chickens (alive and dead), camel meat, snails, an array of nuts and dried figs, and homemade bread. Stand after stand after stand of locals selling their offerings.
