I had the best lunch ever. We ate on a little island where the only people there were from my boat. We got to spend a very relaxing lunch after kayaking around though water caves. the food was awesome but the people and company was even better. At my table sat the two Spaniard, four Italians, one German and me the token American. At La sierra right before I graduated I was working on an investigation about simultaneous multilingual comprehension. Basically I was finding out if it is possible to understand two languages at the same time. This lunch was a great time to practice this. when I looked left I was speak in German to Stephie. When I looked right I would speak in Spanish, to one Spaniard or in French to the other Spaniard. Then when I looked across the table I could speak in broken English or slow Spanish to the Italians. We all were just chatting away in paradise.I realized that through Languages you get to see and experience the world. Oh I love being multilingual.
