This is a picture of "Mullah-vision" on Iranian television. Mullahs are religious figures who have quite a bit of power in Iran and are not necessarily truly loved by the people. On this channel, mullahs would frequently be on to preach. This station was where there was frequent shoowings of footage of demonstrations from the time of the Revolution.
