X Tour - Goose Ride Report

This blog will chronicle the travels of The Goose as part of the MRFD Cross Canada Tour.
The Ride For Dad was inspired by the story of Charlie "The Goose" Pester. Charlie was a legendary figure in the sports circles of Kingston Ontario. The Ride was started because of a comment he made to Garry Janz, the founder of The Ride, that had he been told he could be tested for prostate cancer earlier he would not be heading home on the weekend to plan his funeral.
Those words stuck with Garry and he got together wity Byron Smith and the Ride For Dad was born.
