The winter of 2003 in Denver was cold and harsh, so we jetted south to Mexico. With a bad taste in her mouth from Cancun and Puerto Vallarta, Carrie was apprehensive, but our research paid off and we were rewarded with a nice little town, good food, and uncrowded places.
