Jen is heading off to celebrate a treasured friends' wedding and big birthday weekend in the UK. This means half the trip is without her other half .... until Brian can get away in late May and we meet up in San Fran for the other half of the trip. Neither of us are looking forward to the journey of the next couple of weeks without the other, but each of us is sure that a celebration is a powerful reason to travel. So Much better than a commiseration.
