Hi Everyone,

Here's a write-up on our recent trip to Bavarro Beach in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. This was our first visit to the Carribean, and of course, we picked hurricane season to go. There was but one evening thunderstorm and a bit of rain one morning, so, nothing to it! We stayed at the Barcelo Bavarro Caribe all-inclusive resort. Barcelo actually has five resorts on the site, and we had the run of four while we were there. It was just the two of us, FOR A CHANGE. Ginny stayed with her grandparents in Wilmington, NC, and from all accounts, had a roaring good time.
